This is probably a good step to deter more states from leaving ERIC, but it is very unfortunate. The attacks on Becker by states leaving ERIC are unjustified. He’s been attacked because he has led bipartisan efforts to promote election integrity and against Donald Trump’s attempted election subversion in 2020.
